Abstract Submission
Abstracts for ISHA Congress must be submitted only with use of the ISHA Congress Abstract Template
The deadline for the submission of abstracts for oral presentation is EXTENDED till 15 June 2023.
To upload an Abstract, just go to http://eventos.uva.es/go/ISHA2023 and locate in the menu the section Documentation > My documents.
Authors will be able to upload their abstracts independently of registration, so it is not necessary to be registered or pay to upload an abstract. It is only necessary to be authenticated on the platform. You can create an account or log in from the same section called My Documents.
Posters may be accepted up to the beginning of the Congress, however only contributions received before 1 July 2023 will be included in the final program.
Important note: One oral and two poster presentations are only allowed for one registered (and paid) participant due to time and space limitations.
Every author will receive an e-mail message confirming the receipt of the abstract submission. Notification about the final acceptance will be sent in July 2023. The abstracts will be reviewed by ISHA Scientific Committee.
A registration of the presenting author for the ISHA 2023 is mandatory for each accepted abstract. The deadline for registration of presenting author is
1 September 2023. If the presenting author has not registered, the presentation/poster will be withdrawn from the program.
